Proximity Baseline

Proximity Baseline is composed of 80 newly constructed multifamily units on 6.7 acres in Phoenix, AZ. As the second phase of Proximity 16th St, the unit mix is similar and consists largely of single story duplexes, two story triplexes.  The community will also feature single story units above garage bays allowing for premium views of South Mountain. The property broke ground in April 2021 and was completed in 2023.
